Spray System
It’s a tartan rubber flooring system that may be utilized in amateur events, training facilities, walking routes, and so on. The SBR + PU binder combination is the first layer of the system, which is sprayed with an EPDM granule and colored PU binder solution using a special machine. The system’s surface is rough and water-resistant.Sandwich System
It’s one of the most popular track coatings in international competitions. The first layer of the system is a PU + SBR binder combination. Over this layer, a stretchable PU sealant is applied. The last layer of the system is created by sprinkling EPDM application over a color, UV-resistant, self-leveling PU material already coated with EPDM granules. It’s stronger and more flexible than other types of EPDM flooring. It is one of the systems that can get IAAF approval.
Full Polyurethane System
It’s widely used in worldwide events as a track coating. The sprinkling method is used to apply the substance to all levels of this tartan flooring system. In the first two layers of the system, SBR granules are spread on PU elastic self-leveling material. It is laid down in the last layer, which is accomplished by an EPDM granule spreading process on the flexible self-leveling PU material as in the sandwich design. It is the most durable and elastic of all EPDM flooring systems. It’s IAAF certified and has the highest quality flooring system available. SBR + EPDM / Rubber Bulk Floor Covering
It’s the ideal rubber flooring system for amateurs and training areas. The first layer of the system is made up of a mix of SBR granules and PU binders, while the second layer is composed of a blend of EPDM and PU binders. The long color option helps you create pattern work. It is made of a lightweight, flexible, and shock-absorbing material that is resistant to UV rays and abrasion. It is sanitary and simple to maintain. It is non-slip, porous, and permeable to water. It may be used in a variety of settings, including pedestrian routes, indoor and outdoor sports fields (tennis, basketball, volleyball), children’s playgrounds, play areas, and so on.
