Polyurea Floor Covering and Insulation

Polyurea is a water insulation and floor covering system with high impact resistance, resistance to chemicals, and also UV resistance. Polyurea systems have an elastomeric structure and are a polymer-added coating material.

Polyurea is a two-component, seamless insulation and coating system applied by spraying with a special machine. Polyurea coating can be applied to all kinds of surfaces, including concrete, metal and wood, and provides high adherence. Thanks to its 300% flexible structure, it does not break or crack. While it is resistant to physical impacts, chemicals and plant roots, it also has a high degree of abrasion resistance. Polyurea coating can be applied between 500-1000 m² per day, depending on the condition of the area. Thanks to its very fast curing feature (3-8 seconds), it can make the application areas ready for use in a few minutes. Thanks to its spraying and seamless application, Polyurea gives excellent results in solving chimney bottoms, cracks and uneven areas.
