Polyurethane Floor Coating System on SBR Rubber
It’s a great option for sports fields and training fields, both of which are popular destinations for amateur events. It is generally chosen in closed areas. The application of a SBR granule and PU binder combination with the pouring system or special production SBR rolls to the floor is the first layer of the system. This layer can be 4 to 10 mm thick if desired.
The second layer is made of a cast-in-place elastic polyurethane material with several layers, each with a minimum thickness of 2mm. The top coat UV paint resistant to heavy traffic and sun rays is then applied to the surface to complete the system. The International RAL color range provides a wide color palette to select from.
