Galvanized Steel Grandstand Manufacturing

All manufacturing of steel spectator grandstands is galvanized.

The front beams and step sheets are manufactured by bending galvanized sheets. Detailed manufacturing drawings are available in the production blueprints, and it is crucial to strictly adhere to these blueprints during manufacturing. (Otherwise, the expected load capacity may not be met.)

The step sheets are made of 1.50 mm thick galvanized sheet metal and are reinforced internally with bent galvanized sheets (ribs). The length is a single-piece L = 3000 mm.

The main supports are attached to the step sheets using the TOX fastening system, which prevents damage to the galvanized sheets. The TOX system is a connection method where galvanized sheets are compressed together without drilling. Fastening with smart screws, spot welding, or similar methods is not allowed.

The front beams are made of 2.00 mm thick galvanized sheet metal, with a single-piece length of L = 3000 mm.

All manufacturing will be carried out in a factory environment strictly following the production blueprints, and only assembly will be performed at the construction site.

The structure is fully demountable and can be assembled and disassembled. Welding on-site is strictly prohibited.

The grandstands consist of units, each with a length of 6.00 meters. The width varies according to the number of rows and the project specifications. Additional units can be purchased later to expand the grandstand.

All fastening bolts are electro-galvanized.

As specified in the manufacturing blueprints, all parts will be welded according to the specified welding thicknesses.

Roof purlins, step sheets (P1-P2), front beams (K1), and roof trapezoidal sheets will be made of galvanized sheet metal, while other parts will be galvanized using the hot-dip galvanizing method.

The step riser height is 31.50 cm, and the step depth is 80.00 cm.

Seating options include PVC chairs with or without backrests, which are installed at 45.00 cm intervals. Each unit has a 60 cm wide exit corridor.

Stadium seats must be mounted to the ground at a minimum of 4 points to distribute impact forces effectively.

The front part of the stadium seat must be designed to prevent hand entry.

The seat mounting holes must contain reinforcing metal components, which must not be removable.

All steel spectator grandstands are fully galvanized and completely demountable.
